Comments and other content submitted to Akismet anti-spam service are not saved on our servers unless they were marked as false positives, in which case we store them long enough to use them to improve the service to avoid future false positives.
Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”)
CinemaViva respects the intellectual property rights of others. Per the DMCA, CinemaViva will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement on the Site if submitted to CinemaViva’s Copyright Agent as described below. In the event CinemaViva removes the allegedly infringing materials, CinemaViva will immediately notify the person responsible for posting such materials that CinemaViva removed or disabled access to the materials. CinemaViva may also provide the responsible person with your email address so that the person may respond to your allegations.
